The recently renovated, individual rooms of this hotel are housed in the former residence of Voltaire's secretary, built in 1759. All the hotel's rooms were completely renovated in 2005, allowing the hotel to seamlessly blend historical elegance with modern comforts. IMPORTANT - Opening Hours: Please note that the hotel is open: - from Tuesday to Friday: from 7:30am to 11:30pm - on Saturdays: from 8:30am to 11:00am and from 5:30pm to 11:30pm - on Sundays: from 8:30 to 11:00am ONLY - on Mondays: from 7:30am to 11:00am ONLY. If you plan on arriving outside these opening hours, it is mandatory that you please contact the hotel in order to be given the access codes.

The restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday. It serves brasserie cuisine for lunch and traditional French gourmet cuisine for dinner. The lunch menu is made from fresh seasonal produce and it changes every week. The dinner menu changes every 2 months. In 2007 a wine menu with over 200 wines was selected for the Grand Prix de la Presse et du Vin.
